The sunny home has an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen area with an island counter seating for two and a kitchen table with seating for six. Sliding French glass doors lead to the deck. The first floor has a full bath, a front bedroom with a ceiling fan and a queen size bed, and a rear bedroom with a double bed. The second floor has a full bath and two bedrooms with ceiling fans. There is central air conditioning as well as window air conditioners for the upstairs bedrooms. Wildwood and Cape May beaches are nearby as well as the New Jersey lighthouse State Park, Higbee Beach by the Cape May Canal, and the beautiful Cox Creek Nature Preserve with a

fishing lake and asphalt walking paths located right in the Villas on Bayshore Road. 236 Sunset, LLC offers proximity to all the finest features of Jersey Shore living: excellent restaurants, taverns, wineries and beaches. Pets are welcome too! Bedroom #1: Queen (1st floor), Bedroom #2: Double (1st floor), Bedroom #3: Queen (2nd second floor), Bedroom #4: 2 Bunk Beds, Twins and Doubles (2nd floor). This property does not supply linens (sheet, pillow cases, bath or beach towels), tenant must bring their own or hire a local service company.
