Yes, several of our properties are located within residential communities managed by an HOA. Living in an HOA community often comes with great perks, such as access to shared amenities (pools, tennis courts, or fitness centers) and well-maintained surroundings. However, because these neighborhoods have specific rules to keep things running smoothly, we ask our guests to keep in mind the information provided by owners for these properties.
