Your bayside retreat awaits. This four bed three bath home can easily handle the entire crew or is the perfect size for a couples retreat. The open concept living room greats you that flows straight into the kitchen, dining and onto the back deck. The back yard receives ample sun and is partially fenced in for your dog if you choose to bring one. The owner is currently working on a back yard shed conversion into your mid summer hang out with a tv/bar and covered seating. The indoor dining seating has room for 10 comfortably split between two tables. Out side there is a 4 seat table and a back yard grill to use. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating. The Home also sits a short two blocks from the Delaware bay beach with direct access through a nature trail. If the beach isn't your thing two blocks the other way is a state park with abundant walking trails also. Just 15 minutes from Cape May and Wildwood there is plenty to do. The bedroom arrangement has an ensuite master bed/bath with a full bed, bedroom 2 singles set as bunk beds, bedroom 3 has another full bed, bedroom 4 has a full bed on bottom and single bed ontop bunk bed set up, and a pull out sofa in the living room.
