This restful, light-filled, Bayshore house has 3 bedrooms and 2 updated full baths. The large primary queen bedroom ("Captain's Quarters") has a 4K HD Roku guest TV, and a bath with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead. The hallway bath has a soaking tub/shower combo and specialty showerhead. The house has one bedroom with a double bunk bed ("Crew's Quarters"), and one bedroom ("Salty's Quarters") with a twin bed and remote workspace with Xfinity high-speed internet. "Salty Pup" is ready for your littles with baby/toddler equipment and place settings. Books, games, puzzles, and tourist information are available.

As a guest, you can relax in the living room with a 50" 4K HD Roku guest TV, enjoy a separate dining area, a stunningly equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and casual seating at the island/guest pantry area. To enhance your culinary masterpieces, the kitchen is fully stocked with spices, foil, plastic wrap, stoneware plates, beautiful flatware, glassware, serving dishes, and tools.

Going outside, the private concrete driveway with 3 parking spaces sits by the 2-bike rack and grill area. Next to the house, is the private outdoor shower with specialty showerhead, Trex platform, and HOT WATER. Two cedar trees give guests a shaded, private front porch where to watch seagulls play in the afternoon Bay breeze. Enjoy the large FENCED-IN BACK YARD, it's custom seating, towel drying area, and large shed for storage of your bikes, the house-provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart.

Pack your bags and come aboard! The Salty Pup Vacation Starter Pack includes kitchen and bathroom garbage bags, starter paper products, Soft Soap antbacterial hand soap, Dawn dish liquid, Cascade dishwasher pods, Tide laundry pods, Snuggle fabric softener sheets, Shout Stain Remover spray, and various household cleaning supplies. Owners will provide a free mid-stay professional cleaning for multiple week reservations.

"Salty Pup" sits a block away from the bike path. "Home of the Best Sunsets", a 10-minute sunset walk to Delaware Bay will give you the best seat in the house. Miami Beach on Delaware Bay is a 3-minute drive. Cape May and Wildwood beaches are a short 18-minute drive from "Salty Pup". The Clem Mulligan Sports Complex and Playground are a 6-minute walk from the house.

PILLOWS AND BLANKETS ARE SUPPLIED. TENANT BRINGS/RENTS LINENS AND TOWELS. SUPPLIES FOR CHILD CARE INCLUDE A HIGHCHAIR, BOOSTER SEAT, PACK AND PLAY (TENANT BRINGS SHEETS), SILICON CHANGING PAD, BABY BATHTUB, AND STEPSTOOL FOR SINK USE.

This is a Pet Friendly Property for up to two, 35 lb. pets. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. The pet fee is $175 for the first pet and $85 for a second pet. For each pet and upon signing the lease, tenants must supply proof of prescription flea medication (not over the counter) and current shot records from their veterinarian.

"Salty Pup" is honored to provide a 5% reduction of the initial rental price (excluding taxes) to active duty military personnel, and to veterans. Active duty military or veteran guests must provide proof of military service. A pdf photo of the guest's military ID or veteran's ID must be submitted upon commitment to an agent.
