The first floor also features a comfortable den with a Queen pull-out sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements, along with a convenient one-and-a-half bath setup. Across the home's three levels, you will find four-and-a-half well-appointed bathrooms (two full baths on the second floor and one full bath on the third floor), three of which boast luxurious rain-head showers.

The home offers expansive sleeping arrangements across its upper floors. The second floor features four bedrooms, including three spacious rooms each outfitted with a King bed, and a fourth bedroom offering two Twin XL beds. Moving up to the third floor, you will find four additional private bedrooms—one room featuring two Queen beds, and three separate rooms each offering a single Queen bed. The third level also includes a walk-through loft space equipped with one Full bed and one Twin XL bed.

To make your vacation effortless, the homeowner provides a complimentary beach cabana through Steger Beach Services. While the owner tries to secure placement near the Jefferson Street beach, the final location is left to Steger's discretion. Additionally, you will find two beach umbrellas and eight beach chairs at the house ready for your use during your stay. Please note that blankets and linens are not provided; guests must bring their own or arrange for a local rental. Finally, to help preserve this beautiful historic property, the burning of candles is strictly prohibited.
