Bedroom 1 offers a king sized bed with a half bath ensuite and bedroom two has two full sized beds. A full bathroom is in the hallway next to the stackable washer and dryer. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper and a pack and play available. Please inquire as the owner may make an extra allowance for additional occupancy. A fully functional kitchen with both a single cup Keurig as well as standard coffee pot make makes eating in a breeze. There are 2 smart TVs guests may login into, please dont forget to log out. 6 beach chairs and 4 beach tags are provided. Pillows and blankets are provided. Mandatory $150.00 cleaning fee for all bookings.

For an additional $150.00 guests may use provided linens including sheets, bath towels, wash clothes and robes.Guests MUST follow the linen procedures provided. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like to use linens and your lease will be adjusted accordingly. Please confirm total occupancy at the time of booking to provide you with enough linens if you opt into the linen package.
