This 1 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment sleeps 4 people and is located on the Harbor were you watch the boats go by and hear the seagulls sing. Dont forget your buddy, this property is pet friendly for smaller dogs. You'll be HOOKED once you stay here! Downstairs offers a waterfront deck that is shared with the homeowner. Enjoy watching the boats go by.

Enter into your own private entrance and up the stairs is where you ll be greeted into an entry foyer. Straight ahead is your open living/kitchen space with dining for four at a high top table over looking the harbor. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower and a large bedroom with two queen beds on the street side of the apartment. Sliders open to your own private deck with gas grill, table seating with umbrella and lounge chairs. Homeowner also leaves 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas for you to use during your stay.

Please let us know if you are bringing a dog as there s an extra $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation after you reserve your stay.

This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.
