Welcome to Cape Roc, Unit 123. This first-floor condominium offers a convenient location just one block from Cape May's beautiful beaches and features a shared heated in-ground pool for guest enjoyment.

This updated unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The bedroom features two queen beds, and the living area includes a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa. A full-sized bathroom, located between the bedroom and living space, offers a shower/tub combination. Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with large, flatscreen smart televisions, including a Fubu TV channel package. Guests can also access their preferred streaming apps using their own login credentials.

For dining, the full-sized kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Cape Roc Condominiums also provides shared BBQ gas grills and an outdoor dining patio for guests' convenience.

To enhance your stay, beach tags for Cape May City and beach supplies, including chairs and an umbrella, are provided for guest use. We kindly request that these items are used with care and left as found for the next guest. On-site parking for one vehicle is available in the association's off-street parking lot. Additional vehicles may utilize non-metered street parking on New Jersey Avenue or surrounding streets overnight.

Please note that guests are responsible for bringing their own blankets, sheets, bath towels, and linens, as these are not provided. Information for local linen rental companies will be included with your booking details if you prefer not to bring your own. The heated in-ground pool at Cape Roc is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend each year, with its operation managed by the condo association. The rental unit's pricing reflects the advertised pool availability based on these dates.

All reservations are managed by Coastline Realty LLC. Upon booking, you will receive the lease and booking information within 24 hours. Please be aware that the refundable security deposit cannot be paid by credit card but can be settled online via e-check or other accepted methods. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. An optional vacation standard protector (travel insurance) policy is available for applicable reservations, and a guest cancellation policy applies to each booking. Guests will have the opportunity to review the complete terms of the lease before confirming their reservation and making payment.
