Unit 117 features lovely new floors, doors, and granite countertops. This unit comfortably sleeps up to a maximum of 6 guests. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed and a full-size bed with a twin pull-out trundle beneath it. In the living space is a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin-size day bed. The updated full-sized bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the living room has a large wall mounted television.
For the chef in the family the full-sized kitchen has an electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave; along with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There are multiple BBQ gas grills that are shared with other units at Cape Roc and a shared outside dining patio & furniture for you to use during your stay. There is on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Any additional cars can park overnight in the non-metered street parking spots nearby. The smart television in the living room has access to many streaming services and apps that tenants can log into during their stay, including fee streaming content, there is no cable.
The property has pillows at the property with protective covers on the pillows and mattresses. Guests will need to bring with them or rent through a local linen company blankets, sheets, towels, and linens for their stay. There are two spare blankets that guests can use in the bedroom closet. Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am, and bookings are handled by Coastline Realty LLC at their office nearby. Cape Roc condominium association manages the heated inground pool and the pools availability is typically on or about Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends each year. The pool sometimes remains open into mid-September but is not guaranteed and the rent reflects that availability outside of the summer season.
All reservations are managed by Coastline Realty LLC. Upon booking, you will receive the lease and booking information within 24 hours. Please be aware that the refundable security deposit cannot be paid by credit card but can be settled online via e-check or other accepted methods. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. An optional vacation standard protector (travel insurance) policy is available for applicable reservations, and a guest cancellation policy applies to each booking. Guests will have the opportunity to review the complete terms of the lease before confirming their reservation and making payment.
