LINENS: PILLOWS, BLANKETS, LINENS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY.

INDOOR AMENITIES: The second floor serves as the main living area with a custom kitchen featuring a large quartz island and high-end appliances, including a Küch oven, double fridge, dishwasher, and Breville Nespresso maker. Enjoy dining for 10 inside, a living room with Smart TV for streaming, smart speakers and WiFi. Additional amenities include a private pool cabana with a gym (Peloton, yoga mats, weights), central A/C, and washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Spacious third-floor rooftop deck with grill, sink, beverage fridge, and seating overlooking wetlands. Wraparound deck with lounge seating, Out back enjoy a shaded outdoor cabana, a private outdoor shower, second grill, fenced yard, yard games and more!

POOL: Approximately 3-5 foot deep heated private pool and hot tub. This property has an optional fee if you would like the pool temperature to be above 80 degrees. This fee of $150 can be added to your reservation.

PARKING: This home includes two driveways for 6 cars or off street parking. No parking in the garage. EV Charger included.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: Guest are welcome to use the beach chairs and paddle boards at the home. These items are a courtesy from the owner and shared among guests. The number of available items cannot be guaranteed during your stay. This home does not include beach tags for surrounding area beaches. The Bay beach at Norburys Landing does not need beach tags to access.

BIKES: Use of bicycles on the rental premises is at the tenant's own risk. These bikes are a courtesy from the owner and shared among guests. The number and condition of bicycles cannot be guaranteed during your stay.
