POOL INFORMATION: The pool is 4 feet 6 inches deep and has a sunledge. It is a saltwater pool. The pool includes an automatic pool cover to be locked when not in use for cleanliness, retaining the heat and for safety. Additional $400 pool heating fee available.

PARKING: 2-3 Cars in Driveway. PLEASE NOTE: THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT PRIVATE AND IS SHARED WITH THE NEIGHBOR.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: 6 Beach Chairs , 2 Umbrellas and Beach Tags in season. PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS ARE A COURTESY AND SHARED BETWEEN GUEST AND NUMBER IS NOT GAURENETEED.
