39 Lincoln Avenue

39 Lincoln Avenue once again was the perfect house for our family this summer. It is clean, well-maintained,and totally convenient for a family with grown children and grandchildren. You can tell the owners have tremendous pride in their beach house and there is always something new that they’ve done to the house each year. The gorgeous new shower in the master bedroom bathroom is just one example , as well as the new siding and doors. This is our 4th year coming to 39 Lincoln and we hope to come back every year.

39 Lincoln Avenue at CMP never disappoints. It is the best beach house for a family with children, particularly little ones as it is well-stocked with toys for both girls and boys. Well- maintained, clean, and with direct access to the beautiful beaches of the Point, this house has welcomed us for the past 4 years and we hope to go back every year.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The house was spotlessly clean when I arrived. The location is perfect. Opposite Saint Mary’s, lighthouse behind you and the beach a block away. The home itself is very well equipped from the kitchen to books and puzzles. I enjoyed the screened in porch, but it only seats two. There is a very large deck that can certainly accommodate a large family. The yard is fenced in and I enjoyed the plants and the bird baths. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Comfortable and well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and especially enjoyed the deck. The house has really great light and a layout that flows well. We just loved staying here!
