37 Lincoln is just what you're looking for this summer. A short block from the beach, this home sits directly across the street from the science center and is close to Cape May Point State Park. The house boasts views of the lighthouse from the backyard and north-facing windows. It's the perfect place to kick back and unwind for the summer. It features a screened-in, covered front porch, plus a second-floor porch to catch some sun.

Layout: Three bedrooms on the first floor, plus a sitting room and a laundry room. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a private bath. Also on the second floor is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of windows to capture light and views.

Beds and capacity: Master bedroom — queen bed. Bedroom 2 — full bed. Bedroom 3 — two twin beds. Bedroom 4 — two twin beds. We can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Linens: Tenants must bring their own linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided by the owner.
