Unit one at 139 Beach Avenue is a one story home, the front door opens into an airy living, kitchen and dining space. The living and dining space includes four sliding doors that open up to the deck perfect for indoor and outdoor living during your stay. There is plenty of room for gathering at the dining table set for six, breakfast bar set for three and large wrap around couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter and cabinet space, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee bar and cooking essentials. The first bedroom with a queen size bed overlooks the water. There is a small office space and half bathroom in the hallway. The second bedroom includes two twin size beds with sliding glass door with access to the deck. The third bedrooms overlooks the wetlands and includes two full size beds, large closet and sliding glass door to access the wrap around deck. There is a spacious hallway bathroom with shower stall plus a laundry room.
Unit two at 139 Beach Avenue is two stories. The first floor includes the bedroom with a queen size bed, day bed and a full bathroom with shower stall. TO ACCESS THE SECOND FLOOR, YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE OUTDOOR STAIRS. The second floor includes the living space and kitchen. The kitchen offers a two burner stove top, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is a dining table set for four and a half bathroom on the second floor with beautiful views of the water. Unit two does include its own private Juliet balcony on the second floor.
Outside, there is a shared picnic table and Adirondack chairs set up around for both units. There is access to the bay from under the home. At high tide you can swim, kayak and fish. During low tide you can explore, relax, search for shells or watch for birds. This home is a birdwatchers dream to see thousands of migratory shorebirds, horseshoe crabs and wildlife right from the deck. This home is approximately 10 miles to Stone Harbor, 13 miles to Wildwood and 17 miles to Cape May. You are also in close proximity to five destination golf courses, Cape May County Park & Zoo, historical sites like museums, vineyards, botanical gardens, lighthouses, wineries, cape May to Lewes ferry, shopping, dining and so much more.
There is parking for four cars in the driveway as well as ample street parking. The owner will be supplying blankets, pillows, bathmats, kitchen towels, linens and bathroom towels. Please bring your own beach towels for your stay. All mattresses are covered with vinyl coverings, mattress paddings are also provided in the closet for extra comfort. NO PETS ACCEPTED.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This home is split into two separate units with a shared deck. Unit two does have to use outside stairs to go between the first and second floor. The occupancy of this property is 11 people. All guests must have permission from the owner if there will be outside guest over the occupancy level of the home. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Beach Chairs are provided, please bring your own additional beach equipment. This home does not provide a grill. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $65 Processing Fee, $400 Cleaning Fee, $250 Security Deposit and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy. Check in 4:00PM and Check out 10:00AM.
