Coastline Realty in Cape May, is pleased to welcome Cody Menz – Realtor Sales Associate as the newest addition to the Coastline family.  Cody is Carol Menz’s, the Broker of Record, youngest son.  Cody was born on the Cape and is a lifelong resident of Cape May.  Cody graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School in 2008 where he focused on graphic design and marine biology.  He then attended the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College where he earned his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts in 2009.


Having been immersed in the family’s business at the Inn of Cape May and Aleathea’s Restaurant since an early age, Cody then became the Sous Chef soon after graduating from college.  He worked alongside his brother, Tai Menz, who is also a Realtor Sales Associate at Coastline Realty and the Executive Chef at Aleathea’s Restaurant.  In 2011 Cody, using his graphic design knowledge and passion for technology, started his own business revolving around creating guides, YouTube videos, and live streams for video games.  Cody has become a YouTube Partner, Twitch Partner, and has had the pleasure of hosting millions of visitors on his website


Cody’s Wife, Ryan Menz, is a mathematics teacher at Egg Harbor Township High School.  In his free time Cody enjoys spoiling their dog, gardening, and the outdoors with Ryan.  Above all, Cody loves helping people learn, spreading a calm and positive attitude, and is always looking to learn new skills.


In January 2020, Cody received his NJ Real Estate license and joined the Coastline Realty team.  Cody joins the Coastline team as the Social Media Coordinator, Website Content Manager, and full-time real estate agent.  He is excited to be a part of our team and is looking forward to developing his Real Estate career at Coastline Realty.
