House had 3 spacious bedrooms and a first floor den with double sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 10. A $500 Security Deposit will be added to all reservations. $80 Cleaning Fee will be added to all short term stays. If you are bringing a dog, there is a $150 pet rent fee added to your lease agreement plus a $75 fee for an additional approved 2nd pet.
