STEPS TO THE BEACH AND POOL! Welcome to 1520 New Jersey Avenue, Unit 301 at Cape Roc Condominium. Located on the top floor of the building, unit 301 is an end unit. This property includes one bedroom, one bathroom and sleeps up to four people comfortably. As you walk into unit 301, take in the beach views from the living area out of the bay window. The open living and dining area features a dining table set for four people and two additional breakfast bar seats. Other amenities include a large screen Smart Television, Basic Cable, WIFI and a double sofa bed for additional sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with a full size electric stove, full size refrigerator, toaster, Keurig machine and pots and pans for guest use.The bathroom features a tiled shower and tub combination and one sink. To the back of the unit is the bedroom. There is one queen size bed, dresser, closet space and bistro table to look out to Brooklyn beach views. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BIRNG/RENT YOUR OWN LINENS, BATHROOM TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY. Cape Roc includes a condominium pool, BBQ gas grills and shared outside patio with furniture for guest use. There is on-site parking for 1 vehicle. Additional cars can park overnight in the non-metered street parking spots nearby. There is a hose on the side of the building to wash off sand after a long day at the beach. Cape Roc Condominiums is steps to Brooklyn Avenue beach and approximately 1.5 mile walk or bike ride into the center of Cape May and Washington Street Mall. Check in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.
