The bright and open living space brings together a parlor, dining, and family room with a sliding door to an L-shaped deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and pantry. The en suite opens to the deck and has a bathroom designed for a handicapped person. When you retire for the night from this room, open the windows and hear the ocean in the distance. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath that complete this level. Downstairs and off the foyer, there is a bedroom/office, a large junior suite that sleeps 5, a 3rd bedroom and bath. Enjoy a glass of wine, watching the sunset from the deck. For your convenience, after a beautiful day at the beach, there is a private outside shower. A bike ride away to the bird sanctuary, lighthouse, state beach (no beach tags needed), Sunset Beach, main beach, and the Washington Street Mall. Walking distance to eateries, farm market, and shopping. Dogs will be considered on an individual basis. Great house for family reunions and creating memories for a lifetime!
