We just purchased a vacation home in Cape May Point with Carol representing us as buyers. We've bought several properties over the years, dealt with numerous real estate agents and Carol was by far the most professional and helpful we've encountered. She networked our fire insurance, home inspection, elevation and surveying contractors, all of whom were top notch. Carol even found us a mortgage broker at the last minute when our primary lender "misplaced" some of our paperwork, which impeded our closing on time (we should have used Carol's broker from the start.
