This building is located just a short block to the beach and offers amenities such as off street parking and on-site laundry. This two bedroom, one bathroom condo is available for the entire 2023 summer season from Memorial Day thru Labor Day! This condo has assigned parking for one car and there are some guest spots available or free on street parking. Homeowners leave 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella for you to use during your stay and 2 SEASONAL BEACH PASSES! The smart TV offers streaming services and there is WiFi available. Sleeping arrangements are: queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed with twin trundle in the second. There is also a queen air mattress for guests. Do not let this opportunity slip by!
