Built in 1857, Lavender Dreams By The Sea is a historic four bedroom, two bathroom home with updated amenities in West Cape May. Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs overlooking Broadway. Inside the home there is a spacious family room with a smart TV and high-speed Internet for all your streaming devices. The kitchen is equipped with counter seating and a side porch for dining. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. All of the bedrooms are on the second and third floors of the home. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two twin size beds. There is a shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination on the second floor. On the third floor, there is a double size bed and two twin size beds. This home includes a Nest System for heating and air conditioning. For additional comfort, there are window units in each bedroom along with smart TVs, great for kids to connect to their gaming platforms. Outside, the entire property is outlined by a picket fence. Other amenities include outdoor shower, landscaped backyard with patio, gas grill and outdoor seating areas. This home does not include parking, on street parking is readily available on all surrounding streets. Lavender Dreams By The Sea supplies five beach chairs, five beach badges in season and two dog crates for your stay. This home does not provide linens. Please bring your own blankets, pillows, sheets and towels for your stay. Please also bring your own soaps and paper products.This home allows dogs up to 35lbs, no cats. All pets must be confirmed with the owner. Please no golf carts/ electric cars without a extra $50 fee agreement. Lavender Dreams By The Sea is approximately .06 mile walk to Broadway Beach and The Washington Street Mall. This home is steps to restaurants and shops in West Cape May and a short walk to the farmers market that West Cape May holds in the summer. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $500 Security Deposit, $225 Out Cleaning, $200 Pet Fee, $100 Per Additional Pet, $65 Processing Fee and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.
