Welcome to Village Green in Cape May! Nestled on the corner of Vermont and Reading Avenue, this two bedroom, one and a half bathroom quad unit is perfect for your next vacation. As you walk up to the home you are greeted by a lovely porch with outdoor seating. Inside the home, there are cathedral ceilings in the open living space. Amenities include plenty of seating, flat screen television and Wi-Fi. The kitchen was updated with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen does include a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, please bring your own supplies. The dining table is set for four people. To the left of the home there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, television and private half bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double size bed and a twin size bed. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway with shower and tub combination. This home also includes a stacked washer and dryer for guest use. Outside amenities include enclosed shower, side yard, grill and one parking space. There is parking on the street for additional cars. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS, PILLOWS, SHEETS AND TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY. 6 Beach tags are included for the 2024 summer season, please bring your own beach equipment. This home is approximately 1.1 miles to the Washington Street Mall and .8 miles to Reading Street Beach. This home is also .4 miles to the marina, WaWa, the Coast Guard Base and the Harbor. Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $65 Processing Fee, $150 Cleaning Fee, $200 Security Deposit and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.
